Transform SY is a groundbreaking people accelerator programme that empowered early-stage entrepreneurs in South Yorkshire. We provided entrepreneurs the opportunity to change their world, and everyone else’s, by growing their network, improving their mindset, taking action faster and getting the right knowledge. Thanks to support from the European Regional Development Fund and our regional partners, Transform SY was free for entrepreneurs.

With extensive experience delivering 22 accelerators across four continents, we worked closely with founders, fostering the mindsets and behaviors for entrepreneurial growth. On average, our founders received 32 hours of personalized support.

Transform SY thrived on collaboration, benefiting from the expertise of various organizations and stakeholders. Though the accelerator has concluded, our commitment to supporting South Yorkshire’s startup ecosystem remains unwavering.

All outcomes in your business start with your mindset, which leads to actions etc. You have to change the way you think about your world before you can start to shape it around you.

If you find you can’t open the right doors, it could be down to the network that you have. Get out of your shell and spend time with new people, including the other brilliant founders on Transform SY.

Success only comes through relentless execution. If you stay in your comfort zone, you will stifle your business. Get into a rhythm of setting ambitious goals and holding yourself accountable, or getting someone else (us!) to do it.

Learn about a range of topics, from ‘Finance for Growth’, to ‘Building a team & culture’ by professionals with huge expertise in their own area. All new knowledge we transfer on Transform SY is intended to inspire action!

Transform SY is a collaborative project. We work with public and private sector partners to deliver a truly transformative program in South Yorkshire.
