The Leo Programme is a bespoke, one to one accelerator for high-growth and high potential entrepreneurs.
This accelerator is differentiated from other space accelerators in three key ways:
The focus will be on building competitive, productive, sustainable business models rather than purely on raising investment.
Each entrepreneurial leader will experience intensive coaching and be challenged on their mindset and behaviours.
Each business leader will enjoy access to a range of strategy and content workshops by academics and industry specialists.
The Programme
Leo is a 6 month virtual Business Accelerator Programme, specifically designed to support up to 20 businesses that are post proof-of-concept and ready for their next stage of growth. It has been commissioned by the UK Space Agency and will be delivered in partnership with Entrepreneurial Spark.
As well as helping you to grow your business Leo will also help you to work on your mindset and develop as an entrepreneurial leader. :

Fortnightly 1-1 Accountability Coaching
Access to networks within the Space industry
Monthly industry led information sessions
A community of likeminded growth focussed business peers (from the Space sector and adjacent industries)
Regular opportunities to pitch your business (and receive feedback)
Fortnightly, lunchtime Action learning Webinars, focused on 3 key growth strands:
Leadership and Infrastructure, Numbers and Fundraising, Go to Market Strategy & Customer Acquisition
Monthly Legal and Financial drop-in clinics
Online digital library of recordings and resources
90 Day Exit Plan

Access to Leo Alumni network and growing Space Enterprise Network
We begin with an online bootcamp, following which each business will receive fortnightly 1:1 sessions with an Entrepreneurial Spark growth coach. All accelerator participants will also have access to growth workshops with an industry expert, and be able to join our supportive network or like-minded entrepreneurs.
At the conclusion of the programme, the outcome for every business will be a clear 90-day plan and all the connections you need to execute on it.
What are the entry criteria for the accelerator?
We are looking for entrepreneurs who are either:
Already operating within the space sector, and looking to grow within it.
Using space technology but were not aware of it until now, and looking to develop this area of their business.
Not yet using space technology but can see an opportunity for it, and would like to develop this new strand of their business model at pace.
Beyond those criteria, taking part in an accelerator is not an easy ride. Our enablement team will support as well as challenge you on a daily basis. We are looking for coachable entrepreneurs that are actively seeking to be held accountable for their progress and have those tough but necessary conversations that will allow them to progress.
