What is the Explore Programme?

This is a six week intense online programme of support to define and refine your business model in space.

Do you have a startup in the space sector? Are you using space technology for your business like GPS, earth observation or satellite data? Do you have a business in another sector and want to explore the opportunities Space can bring?

This programme is aimed at early stage entry into the space sector. You may be at idea stage, validating your business model or you may be a university spin-out searching for a repeatable scalable business model.

By applying to the Explore Programme you will commit to a six week virtual accelerator programme. We will combine learning with action through bitesize daily activities to get you focussing on growth every day.

Explore Progamme Commitment

“The more you put in, the more you get out. We will show you the door, but its up to you to walk through it”.

We will kick off with a welcome and onboarding week. During this week there will be three separate workshops for you to understand the programme more in terms of the tech we will use, get to know your cohort and meet your designated growth expert to set your goals for the programme. We will run the workshops during lunch hours to make sure they are accessible for all.

Every Monday thereafter, we will host an action learning webinar, which will highlight the topic and focus for the week. You will then be prompted to complete daily activities, to turn that learning into action on your business. This is a sprint, so you need to be able to commit to at least half an hour a day over the working week to really get the most from the programme. It’s flexible, so you can engage at any time to suit you.

Collaboration is key. We will give you the space to make connections with other entrepreneurs to help and support each other. Share best practice throughout the programme, be open and honest with yourself and other participants. Its time to push the boundaries of your comfort zone and rocket your business to success.

The Entrepreneurial Spark team will host two one-to-ones with each entrepreneur, one at the beginning of the programme and one at the end. This is your opportunity to set growth goals and form your 90 day plan. We will hold you accountable throughout the programme for these goals and help you achieve what you deem to be success.
