  1. Information we may collect from you
    1. We may collect and process the following information about you:
      1. information that you provide when filling in forms on our website, including your name, gender and contact details;
      2. information that you provide when you register an interest in joining a hatchery, including: the selected hatchery location; name of your business; details of your website; details of your business concept; sales and investment that you have obtained; and action taken to progress your business and business concept;
      3. information that you provide when you register an interest in taking a hatchery tour;
      4. information that you provide when you register an interest in becoming a mentor;
      5. information that you provide when you report a problem with our website;
      6. if you contact us by phone, e-mail, social media or otherwise, we may keep a record of that correspondence; and
      7. details of your visits to our website including, but not limited to, traffic data, location data, weblogs and other communication data, whether this is required for our own billing purposes or otherwise and the resources that you access.
    2. The information you give us may include your name, address, location, e-mail address, details of your device, particulars of your social media account, goods and services which you have purchased and details of the organisations from whom you have purchased goods and services.
  2. IP addresses
    We may collect information about your computer, including, where available, your IP address, operating system, browser type and version, time zone setting and browser plug-in types and versions for system administration and to collate aggregate information.  This is statistical data about our users’ browsing actions and patterns, and does not identify any individual.
  3. Cookies
    1. Our website use cookies to distinguish you from other users of our website. A cookie file (a small file of letters and numbers that we store on your computer or other access device) will be placed on your computer or other access device each time you visit our website.
    2. We also use analytical cookie files. These allow us to recognise and count the number of visitors and to see how visitors move around our website when they are using them.  This helps us to improve the way our website works, for example, by ensuring that users are finding what they are looking for easily.

    4. If you wish to delete any cookie files, please refer to the instructions for your file management software to locate the file or directory that stores cookies. Our cookies will contain the domain name entrepreneurial-spark.com within the file name.
    5. You may refuse to accept cookie files by activating the setting on your browser which allows you to refuse the setting of cookies. However, if you choose this setting, you may be unable to access certain parts of our website.
  4. Where we store your personal data
    1. The information that we collect from you may be transferred to, and stored at, a destination outside the European Economic Area (“EEA”).       2. registering your interest in joining a hatchery and considering your application;

    2. We may also contact you by mail, telephone, fax, e-mail or other electronic messaging service with the ESpark newsletter and information about opportunities available to you. By providing us with your fax number, telephone numbers, e-mail address and / or social media account(s) details, you consent to being contacted by these methods for these purposes.  If you do not wish to receive such communications from us, please e-mail us at contact@entrepreneurial-spark.com and include “Your Communications” in the subject line of the email.
    3. We may keep personal data which we collect for a reasonable period for any of the purposes mentioned above.

    1. We may share your personal information with:
      1. business partners, suppliers, licensees and sub-contractors for the performance of any contract we enter into in relation to content you have uploaded to our website; and

    The Act gives you the right to access the personal information that we hold about you.  Your right of access can be exercised in accordance with the Act.  Any access request may be subject to a fee of £10 to meet our costs in providing you with details of the information we hold about you.
